How long does it take to get my invoice or receipt for my trip?

Prime Time Global is able to provide a receipt in our vehicles during the trip or is able to provide an invoice the next business day through email, mail, or fax ---whichever the customer prefers.

How much notice must I give for a pickup?

Domestic Travel (United States): We are able to accommodate any trip in the United States within an hour.

International Travel: We require the booking of international trips 24 hours in advance.

Where do I meet my chauffeur on arrival at the airport?

Your chauffeur will meet you at the baggage claim or will pick you up curbside based on the designated area of the airport. For private jets we often pick up on the flight line/tarmac.

Can I receive billing and trip reports?
